We operate our webshop for retail and semi-bulk orders. For larger quantities, please email us for a quote.
Below is a step-by-step process on how to order via the RareChems website:
- Register an account with us here.
- Provide your ID number. This is mandatory for tax purposes. Providing an incorrect ID number may result in your account being removed. If necessary, we may ask for a copy of your ID card at any time. Your ID number can be a passport number, government issued ID card number or driving licence number.
- Add a shipping address to your account prior to ordering. This will determine any product restrictions in your country. All orders are manually reviewed, so any attempt to cheat the system will fail. Any such attempt will also result in a permanent ban.
- Add the desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can then select a shipping method and a payment method. More detailed information is available on the Payments and Shipping pages.
- It is not possible to order less than the minimum quantity of a listed product. We usually do not allow different products to be combined to reach the required minimum amount or the next price level.
- Please thoroughly read and accept the Terms & Conditions before you proceed to payment.
- Orders are processed in chronological order. After your payment is accepted, your order will be dispatched within 24-48hrs via PostNL.
- You will receive an order confirmation, payment receipt and shipping confirmation via email.
- Shipping is on Monday to Friday only. We do not ship on weekends.
- We ship worldwide with the exception of USA, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Austria. Other countries may have restrictions depending on the product.
- Transit times for specific shipping services and countries can be found on our Shipping page here.
- Make sure you select tracked shipping if needed. We cannot provide the status of non-tracked orders or give any additional information after a non-tracked order is shipped.
- We offer one free reship for tracked orders if the order is lost in transit. Undelivered orders due to customs, tax, import duties or any other circumstances will not be reshipped. Orders to invalid addresses will not be reshipped. Untracked orders will not be reshipped under any circumstances.
